Are those worked,firable,etc. advanced potion vial sketches? for the Platinum vials?

The potion vials are available on alchemy merchants, I don't know if there are cheaper pottery alternative or not.

store bought vials only

The skinspikes, as with previous versions, use the store bought vials only. The new pottery recipes for vials is for throwing potions of which there are a bunch. As with the skinspikes there is something like 3 more tiers of throwers.
