Primitive Enchanted Spell Parchment - Difficulty 17 - A Piece of Parchment, Primitive Binding Solution, Primitive Binding Powder, Primitive Spellcaster’s Empowering Essence

This is wrong, it only took A Piece of Parchment and Primitive Spellcaster’s Empowering Essence. Did not add the other 2 items.

Without checking and off the top of my head, I don't think a primitive binding solution is even sold. If one is NOT sold, then the recipe is wrong as posted in this thread; if one IS sold, then the recipe is supposed to be as listed but, for some reason, does not and this is a nice feature

Just checked the vendors and there is no such thing as a primitive binding solution being sold. So the recipe is wrong and needs to be changed as Zephur has noted.
