Basically the same recipe as the level 68 Cloak of Nature; the recipes don't distinguish (except by level of spell) between self-only and single-target buffs.
Anyway, to be specific:
Smooth Fine Supple Runic Hide (first use for this item!)
Quill of the Storm Warden
Ink of the Eagle
Invigorating Thickener
Ink Additive of the Nameless
Combine in Spell Research Kit. Triv 118.
Yields 1x Spell: Improved Superior Camo, item 30435.
I tried the same ingredients in my old Sorcerer's Lexicon but they DNC. I do not have the ingredients to check the old recipe.
