Quill of the Divine
Ink of Terris Thule
Ameliorating Thickener
Ink Additive of the Nameless

Combined in Spell Research Kit, trivial 162. Quantity 1. :-)

There are two versions of this scroll. Which ID did your recipe produce?

If you don't know the item ID, you can tell by whether the spell scroll was tradable. One version is, the other is NO TRADE.

I forgot to check the ID, but it was definitely the tradeable one, because it's already been sold!

Aha, I was able to find the inventory file written when I logged out my wizard after making it. The ID was 19522.
