Saltpeter: correction to sale price

Imagine my surprise when I saw that the database says NPCs will sell Saltpeter for 1g but will buy it back for 4g7s6c! Alas, I don't get to report it as a potential exploit, because it turns out the database is incorrect. The buyback price is actually 0g4s6c.
