This is incorrect. Recipe does not combine in any of the containers listed. After some digging around, found the following:

Hypericum
Runed Potion Vial
Powder of Ro
Bundle of Sage Leaves
Bundle of Night Shade (3)

Recipe combines to make Distillate of Antidote X

This was mentioned in the July 5, 2007 patch notes:

- The alchemy potions Distillate of Antidote X, Distillate of Immunization X, and Distillate of Regeneration X now require Hypericum instead of Wormwood. You can find Hypericum where you would find Wormwood.
