is currently listed as having no known source of origin. It dropped for me at 0153 central time, 13 June 2007, on Quellious server.

Coralyn Kelpmaiden, a mermaid, dropped it in Kedge Keep. She spawned as the single mermaid in the seahorse area, after I had cleared the area several times.
