While working up smithing I noticed this note:

Notes: Gives item a full set of charges again. Can be done when item has any number of charges. Is helm returned on failure?

Making a thread to say the helm is not returned on failure.

Thank you for the update!
I've adjusted the note in the database and the recipe now shows only the anvil and mallet returned on a failure.
