By looking at the list, it looks like we have two versions of the recharge recipes: a gnome-only version in toolboxes, and a version anyone can use in a recharge kit.
Can anyone confirm the gnome-only recharges are still valid? If so, this is no longer an issue.

Yes, from what I can tell the gnome only recharges are still valid. Just double verified with an old empty Minimizing Device that I still had (don't ask why a gnome carries around a shrink machine!). Not sure on the other recharges since I haven't done any in ages, but I can only assume that they do as well.Fehm Boht of Veeshan
