spell: chimera blood

The Spell: Chimera blood doesn't have the INT after the trivial in the database, it also lacks the This combine may only be made by Enchanters, Magicians, Necromancers, or Wizards in the recipe information.

Found it when I used the recipe research tool. It's the only one that shows a triv without INT after it in the list of combines above 227.

Thank you very much for the correction!

I've updated the recipe properly so that it should be showing that it's a restricted combine. In addition, it wasn't showing up in The Serpent's Spine research pages either -- so I updated that.
