Tabben Bromal in PoK now sells the small (interim version?) Gnomish Recharging Kit as well as a book of instructions for tinkering same. I did not get the name of the book, but will try to remember to jot it down. Price on the Kit was 2gp 2sp.

The tinkering vendor in Corathus Creep also sells the small Gnomish Recharging Kit, but not the book.

When I checked last night, Maryalis N`Ryt in PoK was still selling Deluxe Toolboxes, but no recharging kits. I don't recall if she was selling a book or not.

I guess I should have noted that I checked all of the tinker vendors in PoK, and the one I noted is the only one who sold the book and/or the recharging kit there.
