Thanks for the update.
I found it *really* unusual that this recipe claims that only rogues with a skill less than 192 can make the item.

Do you know if that's true?

I updated the database with this post (http://mboards.eqtraders.com/eq/showthread.php?t=29817). Rogues can't make it until they have a skill of 200!!
