All or nearly all the recipes that work in standard fletching, smithing, or tailoring containers will also work in the cultural containers for those skills. We don't list them on all the recipes because that would be a LOT of extra containers on all those recipes but they'd only be an option for the people of the right class, which means we really would have to create multiple recipes for EVERY recipe so it could list the restriction along with the container, which would be insane.

So we don't list cultural containers on recipes that aren't cultural, even though they should work. However, thanks for wanting to help!!
