It looks like the spell research merchant in Relic got the same treatment as the one in Corathus Creep: when new items were introduced on the research vendors in Crescent Reach, the other research vendors got the new items also.

I stumbled across this on my first visit to the Relic merchant area, and went back tonight to do a full inventory. So specifically, Gyruth offers these additional items at their standard prices:
