Yes you can get items that are flagged to stack and are Lore but I am not sure if that means you can hold a stack of them. Will have to confirm that with the gurus.

Sometimes you can buy more than 1 lore item in a single purchase and make them stack. You just can't buy any more if you have any in your inventory.
