Bag of sea salt, used to make Marr essence, is listed as foraged only in North Ro. This is to let you know it is indeed foraged in North Ro, but also in South Ro.
(Before Oasis dried up, it was foraged in that zone. Apparently some of the salt went to each side of the oasis)
