Creatures of the Temple
Kill 120 Stillmoon Creatures
Recover 80 fractured drake claws from Stillmoon drakes
Take a sample of 4 fractured drake claws to Bill Whistletop
Kill 10 Stillmoon stone drakes
Recover a razor-sharp drake claw from a Stillmoon stone caster
Take the razor-sharp drake claw to Bill Whistletop
As a note I found the best way to do this quest was the "Diseased Puma" quest. It was a simple clear of about 7 mobs to the east wing ... once in the east wing about 10ish drakes spawn there that will repop 30 minutes after a clear. As a bonus scales dropped at about a rate of one per hour.
