Currently the database indicates that the Dairy Spoon is return along with a successful attempt on a Grandmaster Baker's Spoon. Nope, the dairy spoon was consumed in the making of it. FYI.

When I look at the recipe for this item, I don't see it showing the Dairy Spoon being returned on success or failure.

Do you know where you saw this listed?
Was it in a quest article, perhaps?
