I'm pretty sure you're basing this based on the Lucy info for the item, which was last updated Jan. 2006. If you'll read the EQTC notes for the item, though, it says, "Changed in patch of June 13, 2006 from Furious Bash V to Improved Block I." Its name was changed at the same time. (The same happened to the Discordant, Bazu, and Last Blood versions, though the LB one wasn't renamed.) Due to the rarity of Chronal stones, I'm reasonably sure no one has actually made this item after beta. The other tiers, though, do indeed have the Block mod and name.

OTOH, if you actually have this item in-game and its name is "Chronal Seal of Bash", then that would be a bug that should be reported to the devs.

You're right. I don't have the item handy, unfortunately. EQItems agrees on the name, but it was last updated in March. Perhaps Magelo will have different info when it comes back up.

EQPlayers lists Item ID 33430 as Chronal Seal of Block.

I'm calling this 'A done deal.' and moving it to the Database Updates Completed forum since it appears no update is necessary.
