Mixing Bowl costs, and also sells back for, 1 silver. I checked the eqID and it's the same item as listed here. According to my logs, 1 silver has been the price since at least late 2004.

According to the Lucy item history for the mixing bowl, it did indeed have a price of about 1pp when it was first introduced. At the end of 2003, it was adjusted to 9cp, then in Feb. 2004 it was set to the 1sp we still have today.
