The Crescent Essence was tradeable before the patch and is listed as such in the database (I made someone a needle last night)... so I guess this confirms what's already in the db?

The change probably went in with the last patch. Sometimes patch messages lag behind the actual in-game change. It's not uncommon to see a note in the patch message for something that actually got changed one or two patches ago.Sir KyrosKrane Sylvanblade
