I've updated the Runic Paper item. However, for Fine Runic Paper, we don't have a recipe for it yet nor a use for it yet so I'm thinking of holding off on it for a bit.

If you know of any recipes that make it or use it, then I'll get it in right now, otherwise going to let this thread sit here a bit until I have time to surf the Research forum or until someone adds additional information.
