Don't know what it's for. It was not related to the task anyway.

Typically we don't enter items into our database until we know what recipes they are used in for the simple some items that are marked as 'used in tradeskills' are actually just part of a quest combine which may not use any skill in the trades at all.

That being said, I'll leave this recipe here for a while and we'll see if anyone else can add information on what tradeskill this item is used in, or what recipes it might work in.
