I reported the recipe for the level 67 Enchanter spell Placate a few days ago.
However, I notice that in the database this is listed as a level 70 Cleric spell.
Apparently, this is one of those spells that has the same name for different classes, and the wrong class got pulled up somehow.
The recipe I reported (with quill of the coercer) is the level 67 Enchanter version, so please change the database to reflect this.
