Used in quest. Idon't know actual name of the origional quest. The name of the portion of the quest that this item is used for is Ciodaru's third gift, though again this is not the name of the origional quest. This is progressive quest using tradeskills resulting in an earing that increases in stats as you prepare each gift. The origional quest has a different name, this is the third tradeskill portion of the quest. So far all tradeskill items have dropped off of NPCs in Goru'kar Mesa.
