Sugar syrup

Been trying to figure out first brew in Brodder's new diaries.
Pretty much total failure, but I did come up with ...

Sugar syrup (triv 67)

Cup of sugar (2)
Water flask

Combine is done in an Oven! not brew barrel.
I did my combine in the New Tanaan Oven in PoK, but I assume any old oven will do for this simple item.

I happened to have a spit on me, and passed through the bazaar so I confirmed that it works in a regular oven and spit as well.
