is not marked tradeskill in game and is in the database here (although no recipes are attributed to it). can it/should it be removed from the database until it's marked tradeskill or until we find a recipe for it?

That's the sort of thing that'll be endlessly getting submitted if we don't put it in the database. Given that the other branches have known uses, it seems worth having this so people can see that no recipes are known to use it. It's a judgement call.
