Tinkering Mastery quest

At level 56, Rylin Coil would not give my gnome enchanter the quest for the Tinkering Mastery AA's. He says he is sorry, he does not have anything for someone with my abilites. She has a 300 skill in tinkering.

I think its safe to say the required levels for starting the quest are the same that the other tradeskill aa's are to buy, level 59 for the first level. Will do some leveling and try again.

Worked for me at lvl 70 with my gnome, just have to make a stalking probe and hand it back to him, you get 3 books, Tinkering mastery I - III, right click it to learn, Caution, as it does require AA's to learn it, but it appears to be 3/3/3. Hope this helps.

Sorry, didnt see it when i posted but its a 3/6/9 progression like the other aa when i tried to scribe the second book.

Updated, I think. Thank you! We still need a lot of clarification on this quest though, if any gnomes wish to investigate!
