Saw it drop from the various fungus mobs in the Direwind Cliffs. Was hunting in the darkroot caverns, and saw it drop from both "a darkroot warrior" and "a darkroot tender". There are other fungus models in the zone as well, and I wouldn't be surprised if it dropped from those ones as well.
