*Create 1 Acrylia Chain Bracelet
*Create 1 Acrylia Chain Veil
*Create 1 Large Acrylia Chain Mantle
*Create 1 Acrylia Chain Boots
*Create 1 Pale Platinum Mace
*Create 1 Small Acrylia Chain Sleeves

This quest was given to me around 3AM EST Sep 4 2006

The database says the exact same information, but is unconfirmed from 4/19 patch.
