Need to add 2 mobs which also drop this blood..

A Shissar Skirmisher
A Shissar Spirit Destroyer

I've hunted these the last few nights, and seen drops from all 4 mob types.

Updated it, thanks. The skirmisher is 'A temple skirmisher" just to clerify, not Shissar.
