Psilocybe of Rage is not listed as a ground spawn for Devastation

Devastation ground spawns appear to be random in a manner similar to yew leaves in Western Wastes or the pomegranite/apple/branch ground spawns in Elddar Forest. A simpler translation of what I mean - There may be some pattern to it, but after many hours foraging/hunting ground spawns in Devastation I was not able to discern it other than the ground spawns seem slightly more common near the "camps" and the spawn may be Sundered Blade Shards, Pitaya or Psilocybe of Rage.
