Trival updates for Formed Suspension of Pestilence/Flame/Frost VII

Was doing the Slime VII for skillup and found these 3 recipies used similiar recipies but had unknown trivals so I went and tried it anyway.

Formed Suspension of Pestilence VII trivals at 226
Both Frost and Flame trivals at 215

Going to poke around for unsolved pots
