I've noticed several changes to vendors in Thurgadin - it appears that all of the vendors in Thurgadin that were also Velious armor quest-givers are now just quest NPCs, and new vendors have sprung up to take their place.
The following are listed as being vendors in the database, but no longer sell anything:
Kyla Frostbeard
Cobi Frostbeard
Mauren Frostbeard
Terman Underbelly
Argash
Each of the above has been replaced by a new merchant, carrying the same wares:
Fyla Frostbeard @ -112, 224 (inside Frostbeard's Furs & Leather)
Mobi Frostbeard @ -131, 242 (outside Frostbeard's Furs & Leather)
These two both stock the following (same as Cobi and Kyla had):
Silver Thread, Gold Thread, Platinum Thread, Small Sewing Kit, Robe Pattern, How to Sew: Small Sizes, Velium Leatherworking
