The result for "Bazu Seal Of Block" is listed here as having the the Focus Effect: "Improved Block IV". I was bummed to find that when I did my combine today (27July2006) that it is in fact "Improved Block III" (3).
If you could please correct that here it might help others not make same mistake I did in making it as Block 3 is more widely available than the rare Block 4.
