Her full name is Sosina Mardar, and she's at neg 42, neg 197, pos 98.

The spell is also available from Daekos Ferinsalo in Shadow Haven (pos 23, neg 272, neg 21).

Both of them also carry Spell: Ethereal Remedy also. I could go back for a complete list of wares, but since not all the spells they carry are craftable I'm not sure it would be on topic.
