I got some to drop today in Umbral Plains, from "A Dark Assassin Master".

(odd thing I only realised later was this mob does not appear on Illias/Allahs so I am not sure if it is a new mob or not.)

I am sure that it was A Dark Assassin Master, it was a wandering mob, same as the regular A Dark Assassins, that saw invis and aggroed me close to the Maidens Eye tunnel. The Dark Masters are stationary mobs that are linked to Doomshades spawn spot.
