Molten metal bow cam recipe

Two out of the three ingredients for this seem to have the same recipe.

Molten metal bolts

and

Molten metal gears

both seem to be the same combine of file + cam parts mold + brick of molten ore in a tanaan forge. Am I missing something?

Both are produced at the same time; that one recipe produces both gears and bolts on each combine (assuming you don't fail, of course).
