It was late when I made my last post and I misspelled the gnoll type. I have gotten it to drop from the following gnolls in South Karana:
a tesch mas gnoll
a tesch val gnoll
a nisch mas gnoll
and it also dropped from the named
Tesch Val Deval'Nmak

It is a nisch val gnoll, not a nisch mas gnoll
