Which gnolls? Do you know what they're called? Unless it's changed again, I think there are two general types still. And specific mob names of exact ones that drop it are ideal, so we can be as specific as possible.

I have only noticed it dropping from the Tesch Mal gnolls. Since I am using my 45 rogue without a temp to farm it I have been avoiding the others that con DB and some have earth elemental pets. I will send my necro in tomorrow to see if other types drop it. He is higher and has a faster way of healing than potions or bandages.Comment
