wrong sony id numbers

class 3 drakebone silver tip arrow (medium groove) (#45710) has the incorrent sony id#. It should be 45710. (45610 is ice mountain tea)

Wedding Cake (#1800) currently points to the NoRent version of Wedding Cake, it should point to #16561 (the non NoRent version).

The new essesnce potions still have the sony item numbers that match back to the old (non stackable) versions.
