Plate Breastplates v. Steel Breastplates

The dyed (old style) breastplates are called Steel Breastplates instead of Plate Breastplates. Other peices retain the Plate name. Only the breastplates become Steel.

Updated them all, I think.

You might want to mention this on the Sony boards too, to see if the devs want to change these items to "fine plate" in line with the others.
