Bag of Sea Salt is listed as foraged in S. Ro and Cactus Pulp in N. Ro.
Can't say for sure that these can't be foraged in those zones, but after spending a few hours in S. Ro trying to get the Bag of Sea Salt and not getting one (but getting Cactus Pulp) I went to N. Ro where I got several Bag of Sea Salt (and no Cactus Pulp).
