When I select the "Arrows" option in Fletching, the
mithril champion arrows and blessed champion arrows
don't show up on the list that's presented

Hmm, that's because they're cultural, which isn't very helpful because we don't have a list there for wood elf cultural fletching. Leaving this here as a reminder to add that somewhere.

In the meantime you can get to it through the Cultural tab on the menu, here.

I've added a Cultural tab to the Fletching menu. It just sends you to the Wood Elf Cultural Fletching page since they're the only ones that get it, but at least it should help folks find it.
