Merchants Missing from East Freeport

These 3 merchants:
* Umenon Clotius @ 132, -293
* Queluran Keletia @ -194, -651
* Malon Lailius @ 445, -233
are no longer in East Freeport.

They are listed as selling Lemons. It seems that the only merchants to sell lemons now are located in Abysmal Sea (I was too lazy to check all the new merchants in EFP, sorry).

Are you positive of this? I confirmed those vendors myself on March 8. Can anyone verify?

Incorrect, I checked this morning. They are not on "Find" but are showing on track.
Umenon is opposite Velithe & Bardo's
Malon: walk out of Velithe & Bardo's and turn left she is then on your right under a tent
Queluran is under a tent south east of "sewers" on ingame map and north of the port buildings or walk out of Velithe & Bardo's and take a right then take a left and he is on your right
