I've entered the item in our database, since I'm positive it's made with tradeskills. My best guess is that it's made like the other Bazu Flame items, with a Soft Bazu Skirt and some number of Pyrilen Flame, plus a hammer. I'll leave this thread open so that if someone can confirm the recipe, they can post here.
