Tinkering trophy requirement

I haven't yet done any serious tinkering with my gnome alt, but figured I'd get the beginner trophy so I'd have it when I'm ready to work on the skill. Alas, when I ask Coordinator Diggs about Tinkering, she says she's giving me a list, but I actually get a message "You may not request this task because you do not have the required expansion."

My other characters were able to take on the tasks for several other trophies (brewing, tailoring, smithing, pottery, baking, so far). Does anyone know which expansion is needed for the Tinkering trophy? I have all but DoDH and PoR.

PoR is required for the trophy quests. There was a bug that initially allowed folks to get the quests without the expansion.
