Freshman Alchemy Task as of 3/15

Here is what i have on my frog shammy as of 3/15

4 Philter of minor negation (not done, cant find combo)
4 Elixir of the Ursine II (completed)
3 Effusion of Bertoxxulous II (completed)
3 Tonic of Contagion Affinity I (completed)
2 Effusion of Saryn IV (completed)
2 Distillate of Regeneration V (not done, cant find combo)
2 Formed Suspension of Slime V (not done, cant find combo)
2 Tonic of Gelid Affinity II (completed)
2 Philter of major negation (completed)
2 Tonic of heat affinity II (completed)

Now i had turned in all the other potions i had made from the original mission except the mist of the wolf II. I hadnt made those yet because i kept failing on it because its a 275 combine. Well, after all my hard work on those super high level combines for two of the other potions they were removed and now im stuck trying to figure out the combines for philter of minor negation, distillate of regen 5, and formed suspension of slime 5.

I have been using Samannas table but it would seem for the three i listed they just wont combine in the container =(.

ok nm on the help, my alchemy bag finally working again to look up trivial combines. *wasnt working for some reason before patch*

should be able to complete them all now! but above is the new list

just a warning, in game right now the recipe in the bag SAYS formed suspension of slime V but comes out as formed suspension of pestilence IV....
