The yield on the flask is 5. Listes as 1 currently.

Basically all juices yield 5. The Juice of Quellious yields 5 after a combine as well. So not bad when you consider 2 berries of each type can yield a total of 25 juice of quellious if all combines are successful.

Updated. I appreciate the rule of thumb but especially with new recipes we try not to assume too much. And with this flood of information it's hard enough to remember to blink now and then, much less how everything usually works!
