The cutting tools go in this order, to get each different one, just combine in jeweler's kit.
Square->Round->Oval->Half-moon->Trilion->Pear->Marquise.
In the jewelry I made, i created a Square Cut Staurolite Palladium Ring-triv 252
Put a prismatic Palladium Bar and a Square Cut Ring jewelry mold into jeweler's kit and combine to create Square Mount Palladium Ring-Trivial 202.
Cut Gem, in this case Staurolite in jeweler's kit with Jeweler's Glass and Cutting tool, in thise case square.
This creates a Square Cut Staurolite-Trivial for this cut is 346
One I did last night using Prestidigitas, it makes Square Cut Prestidigitas-Triv 279.
Once successfully cut, combine the Square mount Palladium Ring, or whatever your using, and the Square cut Staurolite, or again whatever your using in the jeweler's kit. This Creates the final item.

Okay updated all of that, I think. I'm assuming that "Square Cut Staurolite Ring" is actually "Square Cut Staurolite Palladium Ring" and "Square Cut Prestidigitas Ring" is actually "Square Cut Prestidigitas Palladium Ring". We still need some bits of information like size/weight on the rings and stats on some of the intermediate items (found some on the item collectors). But what's here is updated.
